VII. NOTICEPLR DIGITAL PRODUCTS may provide notices regarding changes to the Terms of Service (TOS) through various means, including email, regular mail, SMS, MMS, text messages, postings on the PLR DIGITAL PRODUCTS Services, or other reasonable methods now known or developed in the future.
However, if you violate the TOS by accessing the PLR DIGITAL PRODUCTS Services in an unauthorized manner, you may not receive these notices. Your agreement to the TOS implies that you are deemed to have received any notices that would have been delivered had you accessed the PLR DIGITAL PRODUCTS Services in an authorized manner.
VIII. GENERAL INFORMATION
Entire Agreement:–The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and PLR DIGITAL PRODUCTS , governing your use of the PLR DIGITAL PRODUCTS Services, and supersedes any prior versions of the TOS. Additional terms and conditions may apply when using or purchasing certain PLR DIGITAL PRODUCTS Services, affiliate services, third-party content, or third-party software.
1. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM
You and PLR DIGITAL PRODUCTS agree that the TOS and the relationship between the parties shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any claims, causes of action, or disputes arising from the TOS or the relationship between you and PLR DIGITAL PRODUCTS shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in the INDIA. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to jurisdiction and venue.
Waiver and Severability of Terms:–
The failure of PLR DIGITAL PRODUCTS to enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOS is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the parties agree that the court should attempt to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the remaining provisions of the TOS shall remain in full force and effect.
*No Right of Survivorship and Non-Transferability:*
Your PLR DIGITAL PRODUCTS account is non-transferable, and any rights to your PLR DIGITAL PRODUCTS ID or account contents terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of a death certificate, your account may be terminated, and its contents permanently deleted.
1. STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from the use of the PLR DIGITAL PRODUCTS Services or the TOS must be filed within one (1) month after the claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred, notwithstanding any contrary statute or law.Titles: Section titles in the TOS are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
